[New!]March 24, 2008 - TEA is selected to provide Commissioning Services for the North Country Career Center renovation and expansion project in Newport and Derby, Vermont.

Black River Design Architects of Montpelier, Vermont has notified TEA that their proposal has been accepted to provide commissioning services for the North Country Career Center renovation and expansion in Newport and Derby, Vermont.  The project includes the renovation of a 66,064 SF building, a 29,591 SF addition and a 12,000 SF new lab building in Derby.  The project is currently under construction.

[New!]March 13, 2008 - TEA is selected to provide Commissioning Services for the Heritage Flight renovation and expansion project in South Burlington, Vermont.

Engelberth Construction, Inc. of Colchester, Vermont has notified TEA that their proposal has been accepted to provide commissioning services for the Heritage Flight Aviation Campus Expansion in South Burlington, Vermont.  The project includes the renovation and expansion of an existing 40,000 sf facility as well as new construction of two additional buildings totaling 35,000 sf.  The project will pursue USGB LEED Silver Certification, a process that TEA will assist by providing basic and enhanced Commissioning services.

[New!]February 7, 2008 - TEA is selected to provide Commissioning Services for the DEW Construction Corporation project in Williston, Vermont.

TEA will provide basic and enhanced Commissioning Services for LEED certification of a new 27,000 SF office building for DEW's new home office in Williston, Vermont.  Construction is due to begin in the fall of 2008.

[New!]February 1, 2008 - TEA is expanding...  Due to increasing demand for our services, TEA has hired Pete Gagnon, Assistant Engineer and Susan Simpson, Office Manager.  Pete Gagnon of Randolph, Vermont is a graduate of Vermont Technical College with several years experience in design/build construction and engineering services.  His knowledge and skills have enhanced TEA's ability to provide exceptional service to our existing and new clients.  Susan Simpson of Warren, Vermont is a graduate of Champlain College and has 20 years of experience in office management.  She is available to assist our clients with questions, concerns, general information and support.

[New!]Spring, 2008 - TEA is currently working on design/build plans for two facilities in Middlebury, Vermont for the Counseling Service of Addison County (CSAC).  One project consists of mechanical and plumbing plans for the renovation of an existing office building and a 2,500 SF addition to accommodate additional office space at 89 Main Street.  The second project involves design/build plans for the construction of a three story, 25,000 SF office building to be located in Catamount Park and is expected to begin construction in April, 2008.

[New!]Spring, 2008 - TEA has completed design/build drawings for DPH submission for the demolition and renovation to a former bank building for the Walden Behavioral Care center in Northampton, MA.  The project consists of mechanical and plumbing plans for the renovation of 3,300 SF of medical offices and treatment facilities.  Architects for the project are Graham/Meus, Inc. of Boston, MA.

November 1, 2007 - TEA moves to larger quarters in Waitsfield.

TEA has completed a move to the Catamount Building in the Historic Village of Waitsfield conveniently located on Main Street (Route 100).

June 26, 2007 - TEA is on design team selected for a new hotel and renovations at the Jay Peak Resort.

The Jay Peak Resort has notified TEA that their proposal to provide mechanical engineering services for planned construction at the resort in Jay, Vermont.  TEA will provide HVAC and plumbing construction documents for a new 100,000 SF Hotel and 50,000 SF of renovations and additions at the Austria House and Tram Building.  The project is being designed by the joint team of DCYSM Architecture Design of Montreal, Canada and Gardner Kilcoyne Architects of Winooski, Vermont.  [New!]DEW of Williston has been selected as the CM and work is planned to commence in the Spring of 2008.  Bidding will be due in April, 2008.

April 17, 2007 - TEA is selected to provide Commissioning Services for the Weathersfield Middle School.

Wiemann Lamphere Architects of Colchester, Vermont notified TEA that their proposal has been accepted to provide Cx services for the Weathersfield Middle School Additions and Renovations planned in Ascutney, Vermont.

April 9, 2007 - TEA is on design team selected for renovation work at Woodside Juvenile Rehabilitation Center.

Gardner Kilcoyne Architects of Winooski , Vermont notified TEA that their proposal has been accepted to design and prepare construction documents for interior renovations at Woodside Juvenile Rehabilitation Center located in Essex, Vermont.  TEA will provide HVAC and Plumbing construction documents.

[New!]Woodside Juvenile Rehabilitation Center is currently under construction. 3/17/08

March 20, 2007 - TEA is selected to provide Commissioning Services for Green Mountain Technology & Career Center.

Black River Design of Montpelier, Vermont notified TEA that their proposal has been accepted to provide Cx services for the new building at the Green Mountain Tech & Career Center in Hardwick, Vermont and renovations and additions to multiple buildings at the Hyde Park, Vermont site.  The projects are scheduled to be completed by January of 2008.

February 7, 2007 - TEA is on design team selected for new Senior Housing project.

Scott & Partners Architects of Essex Junction, Vermont notified TEA that their proposal has been accepted to design and prepare construction documents for the new three story, 48 unit senior housing building to be built by Cathedral Square of Burlington in Essex Junction, Vermont.
