March 22, 2010 – Norwich University - South Hall LEED Certification
Norwich University’s South Hall project was awarded LEED Gold Certification. Glenn Thomas, CxA completed the building systems commissioning for the 70,000 square foot, five-story dormitory at Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont. This is the second LEED accredited building completed by TEA. Central Vermont Eyecare located in Rutland, Vermont is a LEED certified facility. TEA provided the LEED mechanical design for the new Central Vermont Eyecare office building.

TEA is selected to provide HVAC and plumbing design for the RSD trucking warehouse located in Hartford, Vermont.

Siemens Building Technologies has selected TEA to provide the design of a new compressed air system for an industrial facility in Merrimack, New Hampshire.

Charles Egbert, AIA has selected TEA to provide HVAC and plumbing design for phased town offices and municipal facilities in South Royalton, Vermont.

Redstone has selected TEA to provide HVAC design for renovations at the Chace Mill building in Burlington, Vermont.

TEA is selected to provide mechanical design for fresh air and air conditioning renovations at the 45,000 SF Maltex building in Burlington, Vermont.

Norwich University has selected TEA to design humidity controls and equipment modifications required to maintain sensitive museum documents and displays at a strict relative humidity level at the Norwich University Museum in Northfield, Vermont.

SAU 29 Schools has selected TEA to provide third party HVAC commissioning for a new 50,000 SF elementary school in Marlborough, NH.
May 11, 2009 – TEA is selected for Homeland Security expansion.
J.G. Goldsmith Architects has chosen TEA to provide HVAC plans and specs for the Homeland Security expansion at the LEED Certified Whitecap Building in Williston, VT.

April 9, 2009 – TEA is selected for Wentworth Douglass Hospital project.
Siemens Building Technologies has selected TEA to provide HVAC plans and specs for air handlers and rooftop unit replacements and the installation of boiler stack economizers at the Wentworth Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH.
