We offer professional, independent commissioning services and are dedicated to representing and ensuring that the owner's intentions and design objectives are satisfactorily accomplished throughout the project.

Thomas Engineering Associates is an engineering services organization, registered in the State of Vermont.  Glenn R. Thomas, owner and founder of Thomas Engineering Associates, is a Professional Engineer licensed to provide Mechanical Engineering services in Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.  We are ready to provide our clients with the following services:

	Engineering services including all phases of Building Mechanical Systems Design, Commissioning, and Troubleshooting including HVAC, Plumbing, and all types of Piping.
	Ability to develop conceptual designs from the client's description of needs, prepare construction documents for bidding and installation, administer the installation of the systems, and commission the systems for the building operator.
	Design of "Green" buildings using the LEED Green Building Rating System, Energy Star rated equipment, and other modern methods.
	Provide top quality documents and designs, utilizing latest AutoCAD design software along with a variety of sophisticated engineering design software.

We are active members of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE).  Please check out the web site for the Champlain Valley ASHRAE Chapter for current events and information.  www.ashraevt.com
